There is enough information on this website to properly inform you about "File and Print Sharing" security. I would recommend backing up your system regularly until you are able to find a consultant who is knowledgable about network security and discuss your particular network configurations with them. Or, you may wish to educate yourself by buying some books on your particular OS and start reading. Either way, limit the damage and "back up".
